For the Westin Hotel project, Allen + Shariff provided MEP engineering design and LEED consulting services. The $37 Million, 195,000 square-foot hotel included the construction of 180 guest rooms, and 18,000 square feet of function space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, oversized indoor swimming pool, spa, full-service restaurant and bar. The 10-story hotel also received LEED Silver certification.
