Allen + Shariff led the MEP design for the construction of a new ezStorage facility, a four-story, 195,350 square foot storage space located on Westbard Avenue in Bethesda, MD. The facility, which received LEED certification, included climate controlled, safe storage for vehicles, RV’s, boats and more.
