Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services for an approximate 200,000 square foot building. The building consists of 2 floors (ground floor and mezzanine) of mixed retail space. office space, and 10 apartment unit floors (floors 3-12). There are 172 apartment units in the building that are broken into Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, and 3 Bedroom units.
