Allen + Shariff Corporation provided MEP/FP engineering design services for a nuclear medicine suite relocation. The HVAC design incorporated VAV terminal units delivering conditioned air to supply diffusers from an existing air handling unit installed in a prior project.

The fire protection design included both wet and dry systems. The plumbing system included a sump pump for gray water for several sinks sanitary connections. The medical gas for the entire suite was from the hospital main and is supplied via zone valves which are alarmed. The electric design is a normal and emergency power. A new telemetry system was installed as part of the design.
