Allen + Shariff provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for a 14,000 square foot renovation of the Town Square Dementia Daycare. The center is an innovative adult day center for seniors designed to provide caring, supportive, and immersive activities in a safe, secure environment.  The space itself replicates a 1950’s style town, complete with individual storefronts that offer interactive programming for members.  Facilities for this concept have been franchised and are being built throughout the country.
