Allen + Shariff provided full MEP design for The Anthem Theater in Washington, DC. The venue, which opened in 2017 and has a capacity of 6,000 people, is managed and operated by the same team that owns the 9:30 Club. The Anthem features dozens of bars and food vendors, with a Marquee Bar located on the balcony of the second floor.
