The Tawam Dialysis Center is one of three dedicated dialysis centers currently under development by Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA). For this project, Allen + Shariff provided Project and Construction Management services. The Tawam Dialysis Center includes 68 private dialysis stations with expansion space to accommodate up to 90 private dialysis stations. The facility in total is approximately 9,500 square meters, which includes the dialysis stations, training and education facilities as well as administrative and support space.
