Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering design services for a 27,000 square foot office renovation at Station Square. The space is open, allowing teams to work together without walls or doors to encourage a collaborative working environment.

Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes are used for the HVAC system.

The project provided a new sump pump for the existing elevator to bring the elevator up to code. New sprinkler layouts were designed where ceiling and walls were installed.
