Rosedale Recreation Center & Library Renovation/Modernization

Allen + Shariff was responsible for the MEP engineering design for the 22,000 square foot Rosedale Recreation Center, which was designed to foster community activities such as continuing education, arts & crafts, indoor sports as well as neighborhood meetings and events. The center also includes a 4,000 square foot library wing and received LEED Gold Certification.
