Allen + Shariff led the MEP design for the construction of Red Bank Storage, located in Red Bank, NJ. This three-story, 80,000 square foot storage facility included the design of a high quality security system, including 24-hour video surveillance, controlled gate entry, and perimeter fencing. Our team also implemented climate controlled units that manage the intense and fluctuating weather in the state of New Jersey.
