The existing base building mechanical system was utilized, with modifications to the ductwork layout and diffusers and grilles to meet the needs of the new requirements.
New LED pendant fixtures were added in the new conference rooms and LED downlights were provided in the private phone conversation rooms. Power and telecom devices were added to meet the needs of the new space configuration. A new water line with backflow preventer was also added to serve the new break room ice maker.
