Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services for the Monroeville Department of Public Works campus. Buildings analyzed include public works office, maintenance building, storage, vehicle storage, fueling station, salt storage, and animal shelter. A feasibility study based on upgrades to the existing facilities versus construction of new buildings on the site was also conducted.
