Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering design services for a 2,200 square foot Milkshake Factory restaurant in Cranberry Township, PA.

A single DX cooling/ natural gas heating constant volume rooftop unit serves the main area and back of house spaces. A VAV diffuser was installed to provide additional control for the back-office space. An electric unit heater was provided near the main entrance for draft control/prevention.

The electrical systems utilizes 400A, 208/120V service. LED lighting and digital networked lighting controls are provided throughout the space to meet energy consumption allowances set by the International Energy Code.

Plumbing design included domestic cold water, hot water, vent and sanitary piping and renovations to the existing sprinkler system.
