Allen + Shariff provided MEP services for LEED certification for the Hampton Inn located in Washington, DC. The project, a 13 Story, 92,600 square foot high rise hotel included a lobby, prep kitchen and pantry for breakfast dining, laundry, roof top deck and bar, a meeting room and amenity area with fitness center. Guest rooms utilized PTAC A/C units for heating and cooling.
