Allen + Shariff led the MEP design for the construction of CubeSmart Storage Facility located in Dover, NJ. The six-story facility spanned 135,000 square feet and included an additional 5,000 square feet of commercial space. The storage units were designed to be climate controlled to ensure sensitive items are protected in extreme weather.
