Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering services for a building feasibility study in connection with an assessment of four existing warehouse buildings to be converted to life science usage. The buildings are located in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood and include over 105,000 square foot of space.
