Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering design services for Bakery Living I & II, which consisted of 350 apartment units in five-story buildings that sits atop an underground parking garage. Bakery Living includes a fitness center, lounge, game room and indoor and outdoor pools. This project, located at The Wharf in Washington, DC, won a National Association of Home Builders Best in America Living Award.
