Allen + Shariff led the MEP design for the renovation of Arcland Storage, a 130,000 square foot, three-story industrial warehouse. The facility, which is spread over two buildings connected with walkways, is being converted into a self storage facility, and all existing MEP are being redesigned. The project is seeking LEED certification.
