I’m a Pittsburgh girl, born and raised! I come from a large family, and I’m blessed to be the aunt of two nieces and four nephews. We all still enjoy summer beach vacations and trips to Disney World together each year.
What is your favorite thing about working at Allen + Shariff?
My favorite thing about working at Allen + Shariff are the lifelong friends I’ve made in the electrical department. We have such supportive team in the electrical department, and I couldn’t imagine my workday without them.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enter the engineering field?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! You will never stop learning in the engineering field.
Describe a favorite work memory.
My favorite workplace memory was building a giant gingerbread house with my coworkers that included all the MEP systems for a competition hosted by our building managers. We won first place!!
What is your favorite pastime?
My favorite pastimes include hanging out with friends and family, traveling, volleyball, and walks around Oakmont with my dog, Abbey.
When was the first concert you ever attended?
My first concert was NSYNC at Three Rivers Stadium. My dad took me, my sister, and a few friends in elementary school. He was a real trooper sitting through that show.
What location is on your travel bucket list?
There are too many to list but my top 3 would be Norway, Austria, and Greece.
