With more than two decades of experience in engineering, construction, and business leadership, Oscar brings a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational excellence to the Allen + Shariff team. Oscar joined Allen + Shariff as Vice President for Mexico and Latin America in April, 2024, where he is responsible for the consolidation and expansion of the Mexico office, providing high-level technical support to U.S. offices while also leading the development of local projects throughout Mexico and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Oscar has successfully led multidisciplinary engineering teams, large-scale construction projects, and strategic business initiatives across industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure markets. His background includes senior leadership roles at prominent engineering and construction firms, where he consistently drove growth, strengthened client relationships, and delivered complex projects with demanding schedules and budgets.
In his current role, Oscar focuses on building a high-performance engineering organization in Mexico, aligning local capabilities with Allen + Shariff’s global standards and vision. He oversees multidisciplinary MEP teams, fosters collaboration between regional and U.S. offices, and actively supports the firm’s expansion strategy by developing new client relationships and pursuing large, high-impact projects across the region.
