Chad Kulawiak serves as Vice President of Allen + Shariff’s Columbia Office. In this role, Chad’s responsibilities include implementing project design quality control, project and staff scheduling, business development, and establishing and monitoring budgets. In addition, as an electrical engineer, Chad brings with him extensive experience in power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm systems, power coordination studies, and electrical sustainable design. He has experience with a diverse range of projects including healthcare, offices, retail, higher education, K-12 education, mixed use multifamily housing, and federal government projects. Chad’s focus on value and teamwork have contributed to the success of these projects.
