Alex Radkoff serves as Assistant Vice President of Allen + Shariff’s Chicago Office. In this role, Alex’s responsibilities include implementing business development, project design quality control, project and staff scheduling, and establishing and monitoring budgets. In addition, as a mechanical engineer, Alex brings with him extensive experience in sustainability, net zero energy design, mechanical ductwork, piping, hydronic systems, geothermal ground loop systems, variable refrigerant flow systems, radiant floor heating and cooling systems, and building controls. He has experience with a diverse range of projects including multifamily market rate and affordable housing, municipal, higher education, K-12 education, institutional, office, retail, adaptive re-use and state government projects. Alex’s attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration across the project team has been integral in ensuring successful projects across a variety of project types and sizes.
