  • Al Ain Hospital is a comprehensive State-of-the-Art Healthcare Facility, designed in line with the International Building Standards, providing extensive Surgical and Diagnostic Services.
  • As a Government Hospital, built up of 347,449 sq. m, Al Ain Hospital provides special services to the community in and around Al Ain City and the adjacent areas in the UAE and Northern Oman.
  • Based on an idea of the “Healing Oasis”, Al Ain Hospital’s Design concept was developed and inspired by the nature colors and nature elements, light and moods found in nature at the Al Ain oasis
  • The interior color design concept of Al Ain Hospital is adopting and interpreting those experiences that all humans have with nature.
  • Embracing the Sustainability aspects, the environmental sustainability criteria have been maintained during the Design in terms of reducing energy and water consumption rates and maximizing the use of natural sunlight.
  • MEP Energy Saving Design Elements Include:
    • ‘4,720’ photovoltaic roof panels feeding the hospital directly by generating 1.5 MW of power
    • ‘405’ thermal solar power roof panels for hot water supply
    • Heat recovery system for Air Handing Units
    • Air purification/filtration and recirculation system for ORs
    • Several water filtration/savings and recover systems
  • Out of the 718 beds, 141 beds will be dedicated for rehabilitation. Being built on the theme of a ‘Healing Oasis’, the new facility is designed to combine the friendliness of an oasis village with state-of-the-art medical services.
