Renovation of the 100,500 SF John M. Clayton building which was used as a “staging area” for district schools undergoing renovations.  The school was in need of significant remedial repair and replacement work of key MEP systems and includes replacement of HVAC system, electrical and ADA upgrades with related architectural components.

The project includes a geothermal mechanical system, with 250 wells and a geothermal distribution vault.
