Commissioning services for the Georgetown Neighborhood Library rehabilitation project.  The library was severely damaged by a fire in April, 2007 and as a result, this 3-story, 27,000 SF historic building has undergone a complete renovation/modernization.

The project was designed to achieve LEED “Certified” level of sustainability under the USGBC.

The site is located within the Georgetown Historic District (National Register of Historic Places listing, 1967).
