From the design of high-rise apartment/multifamily/condo complexes, senior and assisted living facilities, from affordable housing to luxury, Allen + Shariff’s goal is to provide systems that support the occupants’ comfort, health and convenience needs within the constraints of the building’s architecture. We approach our residential projects with sustainable design in mind, seeking energy efficiency and other features designed to limit the impact of the building on the surrounding neighborhood, while also providing the building’s occupants with healthy indoor environments.
