Allen & Shariff oversaw the MEP engineering design services for the construction of this 9,580 square foot addition and renovation of The Homestead Manor assisted living facility on the campus of The Wesleyan Center at Denton located in Denton, Maryland. The Wesleyan Center at Denton is a multi-generational campus located on eight acres surrounded by a lake. The multi-million dollar project included 12 new resident rooms, upgrades to existing rooms, a state of the art fitness and therapy room, additional dining room space, and a suite designated for residents under hospice care. Additional buildings on the campus consist of an independent living center, a school, a camp, and a conference center.
