Washington Boulevard Self Storage

Allen + Shariff provided MEP engineering design for the renovation of Washington Boulevard Storage, located in Baltimore, MD. The renovation of this 115,000 square foot, four story storage facility included the build out of a basement and three levels above ground to an existing space. The final layout contained a retail sales space as well as rentable conditioned storage units.
