Allen + Shariff provided MEP engineering design services for Sagelife Park Crest Three, a new construction project located at the intersection of Westpark and Park Run Drives in Fairfax County, Virginia. The project consists of a multi-story building above a one story podium with three levels of approximately 163,000 square feet of below grade parking, and will include 234 residential units, made up of independent living units, memory care units and assisted-living. In addition, there is approximately 49,200 square feet of ancillary and support space, and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
