The Rossyln Center, a 1 million square-foot central space includes two high-rises, one dedicated to residential and the other to a 521,000 square-foot office building. The high rises stand 355 feet and face North Lynn Street at the Rosslyn Metro station. Included in the buildings are 377 residences and 25,000 square feet of retail space across two floors, all adjacent to a 17,000 square-foot public plaza.

The plaza features outdoor seating, space for community events, a splash fountain and six levels of parking (three below-grade).
