Allen + Shariff provided LEED MEP engineering design, energy modeling and commissioning services for this eleven-story high rise mixed-use residential building, which includes 336 luxury residential units, three levels of below grade parking for the residents, and two levels of above grade parking serving a Whole Foods grocery store. The renovation boasts multiple amenity spaces, including a virtual golf facility in the garage, residential and retail lobbies, fitness center, clubroom, demonstration kitchen, and a rooftop swimming pool. The project was awarded LEED Silver certification.
