The Citron Apartments

Allen & Shariff Provided MEP Design, Commissioning and LEED services for the New Construction of a $290 Million, 217,655 SF, 220-unit low rise, stick-built Citron Apartments designed for LEED Silver. The Citron offers luxury one and two-bedroom appartments underground parking and includes two-bedroom lofts and street-level walk-out units, fitness center and a pool.

 

Southern Regional Tech/Rec

Allen & Shariff was responsible for the Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing), Electrical Power, Fire Alarm, Telecommunication, Data, Audio-Visual, TV/Cable Public Address, Surveillance Systems, Energy Modeling and LEED Prerequisite Commissioning for a new $10.3 Million, 35,000 SF community center.

Al Mafraq Hospital

Al Mafraq Hospital

Allen & Shariff is providing Project and Construction Management services for the Al Mafraq Hospital project. The design phase began in 2008, with construction completion scheduled for 2014.

Al Ain Hospital

The Al Ain Hospital is a 358,000 sq. meter, 713 Bed Hospital, and will have underground parking facility for 1,500 cars. The design phase of Al Ain Hospital began in 2009, with construction completion scheduled for 2015.

 

Seawall Naval Academy

This $6.9M marine project was the first of its kind for ASC, with the vast majority of underwater structural work being performed underwater along Dewey, Halsey and McNair seawalls, Building 601, and a portion of the Farragut seawall.

Wallops Island HIF

Allen & Shariff was selected to engineer and redesign the mechanical system in the assembly bay under a very tight deadline. The design included six (6), 12.5 ton water source heat pumps, a dedicated 6200 cfm outside air ventilation unit, humidifiers and full under floor radiant heat system.

Pittsburgh Convention Center

Allen & Shariff provided electrical power design for lighting modifications to a high profile water feature which is part of the Pittsburgh Convention Center.The color changing LED fixtures can be used to light the feature with many dramatic effects depending on the season and the event at the convention center. The yearly energy savings is approximately 180 kW and $60,000.
